"Chris Verdouw has recently completed building our house. From the first meeting we had with Chris, he impressed us with his excellent communication regarding all aspects of the project. When he said he would do something, he followed through with it.
 
The house was completed within budget. As well as this it was completed a month before the end date of the contract.
 
During the building process, he constantly checked with us to make sure things were as we wanted. He made suggestions about aspects we had sometimes overlooked, and was always happy for us to contact him during construction. We also appreciated his honesty and approachability.
 
He is a builder who shows great attention to detail and impressed us with the quality of workmanship. His professionalism and strong work ethic has been constantly on display.
 
Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with the value for money provided by Chris. We are very happy that Chris built our house and would gladly use his services again.
